Safwat Fahmy, Ph.D. - CEO and Founder:
Dr. Fahmy has more than 30 years in computer architecture design and software product development and pioneered the development of many technologies in the Enterprise Resource Planning, GIS, Distributed Processing, Adaptive Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence fields. Prior to SafeMedia, Dr. Fahmy founded and was Chairman of the Board for WIZNET, a B2B E-commerce content firm. In addition, he developed IPCS/MAPICS which was licensed and distributed by IBM. Dr. Fahmy holds a B.S degree in Business Administration and a PHD in Computer Science.

Jonathan Spindel, Ph.D. - Executive Vice President of Engineering: Dr. Spindel has over 20 years of experience in the architecture and design of distributive computing environments, and has been a key stakeholder in the creation and development of cloud computing standards and methodologies. Dr. Spindel has consulted with major corporations on the development of internal, and external cloud deployments, and sits on several standard boards, including the IEEE (The Institute of Electrical and Electrical Engineers), as well as ACM (Association for Computing Machinery). Dr. Spindel holds a B.S., a Masters in Computer Science, a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, and is currently working toward his second Doctorate in Computing Infrastructure.

Peter A. Savarese - General Counsel: Peter A. Savarese is a corporate and securities attorney in private practice in Palm Beach Florida before joining Safe Media Corporation as General Counsel. His practice was focused in the areas of regulatory compliance, business structuring, capital formation, securities offerings, and venture financing. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the American Bar Association's Committee on Federal Regulation of Securities, Intellectual Property, and Taxation. Mr. Savarese received his Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude from Long Island University with a dual major in both Finance and Management and minors in Economics and Computer Science. He then earned a technical degree in computer science from Grumman Data Systems Institute before founding DataTel Communications, Inc. in 1989. He received his Juris Doctor, also magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998 where he received awards in securities law and mergers & acquisitions. He is currently pursuing a MSCE certification and holds a designation of Certified ecurity Compliance Specialist (CSCS™).
