Product Warranty:  SafeMedia is committed to providing quality products and solutions. In the event that one of our products fails due to a manufacturing defect, we have developed a comprehensive warranty that protects you and provides a simple way to get your products repaired or media replaced as soon as possible.

Software:  Each Appliance ships with a 90-day software warranty and includes basic installation support. This warranty ensures the software is free from defects and will perform in accordance with it's documentation.

Hardware:  Each product ships with a one-year hardware warranty and covers all hardware or product manufacturers' defects or failures. The hardware must be returned to SafeMedia for warranty repair.

Advanced Replacement Support & Software Support:  SafeMedia provides advanced replacement hardware for all customers who purchase a SafeMedia support contract as well as software support beyond the 90 day software warranty period.
